T309, also known as Triphenyl Thiophosphate, is produced through a process of sulfurization, neutralization, washing, and crystallization using phenol and phosphorus trichloride. It finds extensive usage in lubricants, esters, and other industrial applications. The addition of a small quantity of this additive enhances the extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-oxidation, hydrolysis safety, and anti-emulsification properties of the base product.
Product Name: Triphenyl Thiophosphate CAS
Number: 597-82-0
Molecular Formula: C 18 H 15 O 3 PS
Molecular Weight: 342
It is obtained by reacting with phenol and phosphorus trichloride through sulfurization, neutralization, washing and crystallization. It is widely used in lubricants, esters, etc. Adding a small amount of this additive can improve its extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-oxidation, hydrolytic stability, and anti-emulsification.
