Product Description

VL421 is a light-colored, low-odorless inactive vulcanized extreme pressure anti-wear agent. it has thecharacteristics of good oil solubility, good adhesion, thick oil film and high wear resistance. lt is suitable forblending high-end stamping oil, stretching oil, and cold heading molding oil as the main agent in the metal plasticdeformation process.

 

 

Application

It is an inactive sulfur, used as antiwear additive for preparation of metal processing oil/liquid for stretching, coldheading, drawing and rolling of all materials. Recommended treat rate is 5%-10%. Compared with VL418,VL410,VL419, it has better oil solubility.

Intermiscibility

It is soluble in first-class base oil, hydrogenated base oll, and ester base oil. it is recommended to perfom compatibility tests before use.

Compatibility
It can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition ofsulfur agent it can
be adhered to LAB Sulfonate LS550 and tackifer was used synergistically.
