T8281A/T8281B are low-odor stainless steel cutting oil additive package, with light and dark color available. They are mainly composed of sulphide fatty acid ester, additives of extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-rust, anti-oxygen and anti-emulsification. Not contain vegetable fat and free Cl, low viscosity, high penetration, high extreme pressure performance, effectively improve workpiece accuracy and tool life.

T8281A/T8281B are soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

It is suitable for the modulation of copper and aluminum high light cutting oil, and the recommended treat rate is 4%~6%. It is suitable for the modulation of deep-hole drilling and deep-hole boring oil products, and the recommended treat rate is 7~10%. It is suitable for the cutting oil modulation of stainless steel, titanium alloy and other difficult materials, and the recommended treat rate is 12~20%.
T8281B is dark color, containing active sulfur, suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy material turning, milling, drilling and other cutting oil products System, recommended to add 8~20%.
