Product Description

VL41 1 it is a dark, slightly odorous, inactive sulfurized extreme pressure anti-wear agent with the characteristicsof high viscosity, good adhesion, thick oil film and good lubricity. it is suitable for use as a main agent in metalplastic deformation processes to blend medium and low load stamping oils, stretching oils and cold heading oils.It can also be used as an auxiliary agent in the adhesive industry.

 

 

Application

It is inactive black sulfur, suitable for the prep aration of metalworking oils for stamping, drawing, cold heading andtapping of all metal materials, with a recommended addition of 8% to 15%. lt is generally used in medium and lowload processing oils that do not have strict requirements on color and odor.

Intermiscibility

It is soluble in group l base oil and ester base oi, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. it is recommended to perfomm a compatibility test before use.

Compatibility
It canbe used in conjunction with sulfonates, VL411 can be compounded with chlorine-containing.phosphorus-containing, and boron-containing additives to syergistically improve extreme pressure andanti-wear properties.
