Product Introduction
Tween is a king of emulsifier, also called polyoxyethylene sorbitol anhydride monooleate. This product is a light yellow to amber oily liquid at room temperature. Slightly bitter, soluble in water, ethanol, ethyl acetat, and toluen, insoluble in mineral oil and vegetable oil.

Application
Tween 80 is a kind of artificial non-ionic surfactant, which is used as emulsifier, dispersant, wetting agent, solubilizer and stabilizer. Widely used in medicine, food, cosmetics, chemicals, printing and dyeing, and textiles.

1. It is used as stabilizer and foaming aid in the production of polyurethane foam plastics.
2. It can serve as an intermediate for anti-static agents and chemical fiber oil agents in synthetic fibers.
3. Can be used as a silicone oil emulsifier in the waterproofing process of fabrics.
4. Can also be mixed with Span 80 as an oiling agent and water-soluble emulsifier for nylon and viscose cord threads.
5. In the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used as a water-soluble solubilizer for traditional Chinese medicine volatile oils and medical oily terpenes.
6. As an oil emulsifier and dispersant in the food industry.
7. In the cosmetics industry, it can be used as oily essence, oily skin care product intensifier and emulsifier.
