Introduction
T8221 is a low odor vulcanized extreme pressure anti-wear additive, does not contain chlorinated paraffin,
completely eliminate hidden danger of rust, good environmental protection effect. It has the characteristics of
excellent lubricity, good adhesion and high extreme pressure, It is suitable for the modulation of carbon steel cold
heading forming oil, which can effectively prevent the workpiece from pulling and prolong the impact rod die
service life.
Intermiscibility
It is soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is
recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.
Compatibility
It can be used in conjunction with LAB sulfonate LS550 and adhesive tackifer.
Application
It is suitable for the modulation of cold heading forming oil for screws and screws, and the recommended treat
rate is 7%~10%, It is suitable for the modulation of cold heading forming oil for standard nuts and nuts, and the
recommended addition amount is 12%~15%. It is suitable for the modulation of cold heading forming oil for
sleeve, riveted nut, roller and other non-standard parts. The recommended addition amount is 20%~30%.
