Introduction

Polyester is a new type of synthetic ester API Group V base oil, it has the dual performance of synthetic ester and Poly α Olefin (PAO), and has excellent lubricity performance; combined with antiwear and extreme pressure additive, it shows outstanding load-carrying ability and Extreme Pressure performance. Ester molecules have a certain polarity, so it has a good affinity for metals. It is compatible with PAO and mineral oil with a special characteristic of a low thickening effect. It also has good high-temperature high shear (HTHS) performance, so it is widely used in Internal Combustion Engine oil and gear oil.
