Aluminum Shell Stretching Oil Additive Package T8201
Introduction
T8201 is a light color, low odor, non-active sulfur type aluminum shell stretching oil additive package. The
vulcanization additive is the main body, does not contain and vegetable fat. It has excellent performance
of wear resistance, lubrication, washable, environmental protection, suitable for aluminum shell and other
aluminum products thin stretch processing oil system, effectively improve the accuracy of the workpiece, to avoid
the appearance of sticky material, workpiece black, strain and other situations.
Intermiscibility
T8201 is soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is
recommended to perform a compatibility test before use
Compatibility
T8201 can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur agent,
it can be used with LAB Sulfonate LS550 and adhesive tackifer is used together
Application
In aluminum sheet metal stamping drawing oil, according to the thickness of the sheet, drawing height, oil
injection method as appropriate to add T8201. It is suitable for the modulation of tensile oil of electric capacitor
aluminum shell. The recommended treat rate is 7~10%.It is suitable for the modulation of new energy vehicle
battery shell stretching oil, it is recommended to add 10~15%, according to customer demands and their own cost
control, it can be adapted by itself. Oil additives such as refined lard are added to further improve the lubricity of
the oil.

Package, Handle & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45ºC.
Shelf life: 2 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
Package: N.W.200kg / 200L drum.
Test & QC
The raw materials were inspected before entering the factory to ensure that the requirements were met.
During the production process, sampling inspection, real-time monitoring, and correction.
After the production is finished, each batch of goods shall be sampled and tested to make sure the goods are qualified before leaving the factory.
