Introduction
 
Chorus Amine O an imidazoline derivative, is a multifunctional additive that can be used as corrosion inhibitor, dewatering agent and emulsifier for lubricants.

1. Industrial lubricants, greases and rust preventive fluids: 0.05~2 %
2. Aqueous systems (as amine salt)
3. Metalworking fluids: 0.05~1.0 %;
4. Bitumen:0.05~2 %;
5. Fuels:12~50 ppm

Features
 

1. Protects against strong acid corrosion.
2. It can be used as emulsifier in water-soluble metal working fluids.
3. Synergism when combined with high molecular weight acids.
4. Easy to blend, contains no diluent.

Applications
It mainly used as anti-rust and corrosion inhibitor used to formulate various anti-rust oils for metal products.

Package, Handle & Storage

Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45ºC.

Shelf life: 3 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
Package: N.W. 200kg / 200L drum.

The raw materials were inspected before entering the factory to ensure that the requirements were met.

During the production process, sampling inspection, real-time monitoring, and correction.

After the production is finished, each batch of goods shall be sampled and tested to make sure the goods are qualified before leaving the factory.
