Part I: Introduce of the PMA Pour Point Depressant
A synthesis method of polymethacrylate Pour Point Depressant includes the following steps: (1) synthesis of hexadecyl methacrylate; (2) the polymer was synthesized. (3) removal of toluene by vacuum distillation. The invention achieves the beneficial effect that the polymethacrylate pour point depressant synthesized by the method has the advantages of high purity, high yield and good anticoagulant effect, and expands the selection range of the pour point depressant to the base oil, so that the low temperature flow ability of the lubricating oil can be well improved.

As one Pour Point Depressant of Lubricant Additive Component, and has good compatibility with Ashless Dispersant, TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, ect., to make different kinds of lubricant with different Additive Package, including 4T Motorcycle Oil Additive Package, Hydraulic Oil Additive Package, Gear Oil Additive Package, PCMO Gasoline Engine Oil Additive Package, HDEO Diesel Engine Oil Additive Package, ect.

Part V: Package and Storage
The highest temperature of this product shall not exceed 75°C during storage, handling and oil blending. If stored for a long time, the highest temperature shall not exceed 45°C. 

It shall be kept away from water. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. In terms of safety, environmental protection and use, it is the same as general petroleum products without special protection. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with detergent, soap and water.
