Introduction
T8271A/T8271B are low odor carbon steel cutting oil additive package, available in light and dark colors. They
have no chlorinated paraffin, and can prevent rust and skin allergies. Not contain vegetable fat to avoid sticking
machine table hidden trouble. Special C-S bonding system with excellent lubricity and high extreme pressure
features, suitable for turning, milling processing oil modulation of carbon steel materials such as environmental
protection iron and easy turning iron.Effectively improve workpiece accuracy and tool life.
Intermiscibility
T8271A/T8271B are soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is
recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.
Compatibility
T8271A/T8271B can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of
sulfur agent. Can work with LAB Sulfonate LS550 used together.
Application
T8271A is light color, suitable for copper, aluminum, carbon steel and its alloy turning, milling and other cutting oil
modulation, the recommended treat rate is 5~13%. T8271B is dark color, containing active sulfur, suitable for
carbon steel material turning, milling and other cutting oil modulation, the recommended treat rate is 8~13%.

Package, Handle & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45ºC.
Shelf life: 2 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
Package: N.W.200kg / 200L drum.
Test & QC
The raw materials were inspected before entering the factory to ensure that the requirements were met.
During the production process, sampling inspection, real-time monitoring, and correction.
