Product Description

1. Product Introduction of Antifreeze Coolant Additive
Chorus AC7015 is an Antifreeze/Coolant Additive Package by Hybrid Organic Acid Technology(HOAT) which is the mixture of IAT (Inorganic Acid Technology) and OAT (Organic Acid Technology).

The coolants blended by AC7015 come with excellent rust and corrosion protection against diverse metals in the vehicle's cooling system, including cast iron, steel, copper, brass, aluminum, solder, etc. It is more suitable for cooling systems in heavy-duty vehicles with wet cylinder liners.

2. Application of Antifreeze Coolant Additive
Mainly for producing ethylene glycol type low and high-load engine coolant/antifreeze. Compound Additives for Corrosion Inhibition with organic type coolant formulated and in accordance with the product blending process of the vehicle coolant can meet domestic, international product standards and OEM products Industrial standard performance requirements.

Chorus AC7015 is applied to blend ethylene glycol type low and high load engine coolants/antifreezes that meet NB/SH/0521-2010, GB29743-2013 and other standards.

Recommended Treat Rate (wt%) :1.5 % - 5.0%

Note: When blend heavy duty engine coolant, add NaNO2 (>99%) 2.1kgs per ton.

3. Storage & Handle:
The storage temperature at 7-40ºC can ensure the maximum activity of this product, it needs to use the goods within 12months after the production date, when no use pay attention to the package seal condition. Check if there is crystallization before use, if yes, please warm the package in the heating room to dissolve the crystallization (heat less than 60ºC), mix well then to use.

4. Coolant Production Method of Antifreeze Coolant Additive
The measured deionized water (NaNO2) was added to the stirred kettle, dissolved, then added ethylene glycol, stirred for 10 min. in the stirring state, the metering additive T8020 was added to stir for 10 min. The pH value was detected by central control (taking the coolant at -35ºC as an example PH value = 8-9), the freezing point was detected by central control, and the finished product of coolant was obtained by adding defoamer and pigment after passing.
