Part I: Product Introduction of Magnesium Carboxylate
The purpose of this document is to provide instructions regarding the use of TC2000 an oil soluble ultra high Alkali Magnesium Carboxylate additive to inhibit vanadium in ash-forming (crude and residual) for Gas Turbine specially. TC2000 additive is an oil-soluble, turbine-quality, organo-magnesium fuel additive for Gas Turbine specially. It is prepared by reaction of high purity magnesium compounds with carboxylic acid. It has a very good physical and chemical properties, special formulation and completely own the right of knowledge.

The proportion of TC2000 additive dosage of Magnesium and Vanadium in Heavy fuel oil should be around 3~3.5(Mg:V=3~3.5), or according with the Gas Turbine instructions. The Nickel in the heavy fuel must be calculated with Vanadium for the additive dosage.

TC2000 additive is strictly manufactured according GE standard GEK28150B. It has a stability to hydrolysis, oil-soluble, not volatilizable and innocuous etc. The additive applies generally to heavy duty gas turbine used in industrial, marine and utility applications.

Part III: Packing & Storage of Magnesium Carboxylate
TC2000 additive is a kind of industrial chemical. Packing and shipping should be accomplished in accordance with acceptable commercial practices for petroleum fractions type of product. The additive can be pumped into tanks directly when ambient temperature below 50ºC, and no corrosive for carbon steel, stainless steel and Aluminum.

It should be storable without significant physical change when stored in the original 200 Liters iron container for long time. Packing also can be treated for customer.
