Product Description

T8211B is a low-odor tapping compound additive, available in light and dark colors. it is mainly composed ofvulcanized additives and is compounded with a variety of extreme pressure, rust-proof, antioxidant and otheadditives. lt does not contain vegetable fat and is suitable for the preparation of tapping oil. it can effectivelyextend the service life oftaps and improve the smoothness of threads.

 

 

Application

T8211B is dark in color, does not contain chlorinated parafin, and contains active sulfur. lt is suitable for thepreparation of processing oils such as carbon steel cuting tapping, extrusion tapping, and thread rolling. Therecommended addition amountis 10%~20%.

Intermiscibility

T8211B is soluble in Class l base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenated base oil. lt is recommended to perfomm a compatibility test before use.

Compatibility
It can not be used with T202. T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition ofsulfur agent, it can
be adhered to LAB Sulfonate LS550 and tackifer was used synergistically.
