Product Introduction
T806T is a general purpose soluble oil emulsified additive package which is composed of various surfactants such as cation, non-ionic, polyether block, etc.
Application
It is widely used to produce various soluble oil, in the application of cutting, drilling, grinding, etc., it has the excellent performance of emulsion, anti-rust, cleaning, low foam, lubricity, cooling, etc., especially in the use of aluminum-magnesium alloy processing process, it can effectively inhibit cobalt precipitation and the TBN storage is stable.
It has wide compatibility with various base oil, including group I, II, III API standard base oil and non-standard base oil, and it has the advantages of easy handling and stable performance.
Technical Data
The following performance data is tested by the formulation: blended by the 20% additive package + 80% paraffinic base oil, and diluted to 5% concentration by tap water.

Package, Storage and Transportation
The product is packed in 200KGS iron drum, plastic drum or made to order, suitable for all means of transport. And it shall be stored in dry, cleaning, and ventilated warehouse.
