Introduction

Intermiscibility
T8231A/T8231B are soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Application
T8231A is light color, suitable for all kinds of stainless steel hex, nuts, nuts, sleeves and other workpieces of warm heading, hot heading oil modulation,It is recommended to add 15%~25%. According to customer demands and their own cost control, you can add the appropriate amount of chlorinated paraffin.
T8231B is dark color, containing active sulfur, suitable for all kinds of stainless steel materials hex, nuts, nuts, sleeves and otherworkpieces of warm upsetting, hot upsetting type oil modulation, the recommended addition of 15~25%; According to customer demands and their own cost control, you can add the appropriate amount of chlorinated paraffin.

Compatibility
T8231A/T8231B can not be used with T202, T203 or other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur agent. It can work with LAB Sulfonate LS550 and adhesive tackifer are used together.

Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45°C.

Shelf life: 2 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
