LAB Sulfonate LS550

Introduction
It is a sulfonate additive with long chain linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid as the main raw material produced, has a good dispersion, a certain rust resistance; Unique additive architecture, with the combination of vulcanization additive can play a synergistic role in increasing extreme pressure performance.

Intermiscibility
It is soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Compatibility
When mixing the oily processing oil with LS550, it should be dissolved in the base oil first to avoid direct contact with fats or ester additives containing free acids in the  formula. Phase dissolution, resulting in saponification, gelling reaction.

Application
LS550 can be used in all process metal working oils.It is suitable for the modulation of cutting processing oil, and can be mixed with sulfide fatty acid ester and refined lard. The recommended treat rate is 0.5~1.2%. It is suitable for the modulation of metal processing oil of stamping, drawing, cold heading and calendering. It can be bonded with various vulcanized lard. Admixture of tackifer, recommended dosage of 0.5~3%.
