EV Gearbox Oil Additive Package is a high quality ashless additive specifically designed for formulating high performance lubricants for pure electric vehicle (EV) gearboxes. T9160 offers exceptional antiwear and antioxidation properties, ensuring extended service life of the gearbox oil. Its precise friction characteristics guarantee smooth operation and stable power transmission in EV gearboxes. Compatible with Group II and higher grade base oils as well as synthetic oils, it enables the formulation of gearbox oils suitable for various EV models.
It has outstanding oxidation and thermal stability, coupled with superior detergent dispersant properties, prevent the formation of varnish, sludge, and carbon deposits. Excellent anti-foaming performance ensures efficient power transfer. When blended with suitable base oils, T9160 produces gearbox oils with effective cooling and heat dissipation capabilities.

The maximum temperature of this product should not exceed 60ºC during storage, loading and unloading, and oil mixing. If stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45ºC. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. There is no need for special precautions during use, but general precautions for handling chemicals should be followed. If it comes into contact with the skin, wash it thoroughly with detergent, soap and water.
