Part I: Product Introduction of Pallet Form OCP Polymer 
8600 is a solid,highly stable pellet form olefin co-polymer(OCP) used as a viscosity index improver(VII) and viscosity modifier/thickener in high-quality automotive crank case lubricants. Its excellent temperature properties ans shear stability make it suitable for a wide range of demanding applications. 

This VII is in pellet (granule) form and present high oil solubility in different base stocks and excellent viscosity effectiveness.

Part IV: Application of Pallet Form OCP Polymer 
This product is used for blending high and medium quality multi-grade engine oil.

Part V: Package of Pallet Form OCP Polymer 
Dissolving
Polymer should be dissolved under high agitation in oil at 100 °C-120 °C for 6-12 hours until all solids have been dissolved.
Treat rates of 4-12 % will be required depending upon viscosity grade required and base oil used. Used with suitable PPD.

Safety ,handling & storage
Wear suitable Dust mask and gloves when handling polymers. Avoid storing pellet type polymer > 30 °C for Prolonged periods. Avoid
direct sunlight.

Q1: How do you control your product quality?

a: First, we are picking and testing samples from every step through the whole production lines, and there are several different inspectors to test the samples to guarantee the correct data.

b: Second, we have our own Q&C center to pick up and keep the samples from every batch in order to trace the quality when our clients have questions.

c: Third, the third part can be also acceptable for choosing.

Q2. What is your MOQ?
For lubricant additives, our MOQ is 4 drums loaded on one pallet.
For base oils, our MOQ is 1 FCL with the packing based on clients' requirements

Q3. What is your term of packing?
For lubricant additives, our packing is usually 200L metal drum, other packings such IBC tank can be also provided according to clients' needs.
For base oils, regular packing can be drums, IBC tanks, flexi bags and full ships.

Q4. What is your payment term?
T/T in advance, L/C is acceptable. 
And our regular payment term is that T/T 30% as the deposit, and 70% against the photos for the accomplishment of the productions and packages before the delivery. 

Q5. How about your delivery time?
Within 10 days after PO and receipt of your payment. 
The specific delivery time will depend on the items and quantity of your order.

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce the suitable ones according to TDS or test data of your samples. 

Q7. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the free samples with the freight cost paid by the buyers.
