The product is packed with iron drums with 200kg, or other packing methods consulting with clients.

Suitable for container transport and truck transport. The temperature of storage shall not exceed 45ºC.

This product is not flammable, explosive, non-corrosive, in the safety, environmental protection, use and other aspects of the general petroleum products, without special protection. Avoid contact with strong oxidant, The shelf life of product is 2 years.

Q1: How do you control your product quality?
First, we are picking and testing samples from every step through the whole production lines, and there are several different inspectors to test the samples to guarantee the correct data.

Second, we have our own Q&C center to pick up and keep the samples from every batch in order to trace the quality when our clients have questions.

Third, the third part can be also acceptable for choosing.
 
Q2. What is your MOQ?
For lubricant additives, our MOQ is 4 drums loaded on one pallet.
For base oils, our MOQ is 1 FCL with the packing based on clients' requirements
For car care products and lubricant, our MOQ is usually one package or 1 FCL
 
Q3. What is your term of packing?
For lubricant additives, our packing is usually 200L metal drum, other packings such IBC tank can be also provided according to clients' needs.
For base oils, regular packing can be drums, IBC tanks, flexi bags and full ships.

Q4. What is your payment term?
T/T in advance, L/C is acceptable. 
And our regular payment term is that T/T 30% as the deposit, and 70% against the photos for the accomplishment of the productions
and packages before the delivery. 
 
Q5. What is your term of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP

Q6. How about your delivery time?
Within 10 days after PO and receipt of your payment. 
The specific delivery time will depend on the items and quantity of your order.

Q7. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce the suitable ones according to TDS or test data of your samples. 

Q8. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the free samples with the freight cost paid by the buyers.
