Stainless Steel Cutting Oil Additive Package T8281A/T8281B

Introduction
T8281A/T8281B are low odor stainless steel cutting oil additive package, with light and dark color available. They are mainly composed of sulphide fatty acid ester, additives of extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-rust, anti-oxygen and anti-emulsification. Not contain vegetable fat and free chlorine, low viscosity, high penetration, high extreme pressure performance, effectively improve workpiece accuracy and tool life.

Intermiscibility
T8281A/T8281B are soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Application
T8281A is light color, suitable for all metal materials such as turning, milling, drilling and other oil cutting oil modulation. It is suitable for the modulation of copper and aluminum high light cutting oil, and the recommended treat rate is 4%~6%. It is suitable for the modulation of deep-hole drilling and deep-hole boring oil products, and the recommended treat rate is 7~10%. It is suitable for the cutting oil modulation of stainless steel, titanium alloy and other difficult materials, and the recommended treat rate is 12~20%.
T8281B is dark color, containing active sulfur, suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy material turning, milling, drilling and other cutting oil products System, recommended to add 8~20%.

Compatibility
T8281A/T8281B can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur additive. It can work with LAB Sulfonate LS550 used together.

Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45°C.

Shelf life: 2 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
