Product Introduction:
T9080 Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) Additive Package is high quality ashless type additive, which is designed to meet GM Dexron- and Ford Mercon specification requirement, meanwhile it can meet the specification requirement of Allison Transmission Division C-4 and TO-2. It has excellent antiwear, antioxidation and friction properties. It has good compatibility with Group II, III and synthetic base oil, and can blend ATF to meet the required performance and low temperature viscosity for Dexron-, Mercon, C-4, TO-2. It is suitable for automobile automatic transmission and hydraulic transmission system, and suitable for automatic transmission systems, power steering systems and other hydraulic systems of construction machinery.

Storage/Handling/Transportation/Package:
The storage temperature should not exceed 45ºC, the loading/unloading and blending temperature should not exceed 75ºC. It is not flammable, not explosive, not corrosive, in the items of safety, environment protection, use, etc. 200L iron drum package or made to order.

Blending Procedure:
1) Blend base oil, PPD, VII well at 70-80ºC, the temperature can not be lower than 70ºC, then add few defoamer.
2) Lower the temperature to 50-60ºC, add ATF additive T9080.
3) The KV100 should be controlled at 7-8 mm²/s.
4) Test the pour point, which should be lower than -40ºC.
