VL418 is a light-colored and low-odor inactive vulcanized extreme pressure anti-wear agent. It features high viscosity, good adhesion, thick oil film and high anti-wear performance. It is suitable to be used as the main agent in the metal plastic deformation process to blend high-end stamping oil, drawing oil and cold forming oil.
IntermiscibilityVL418 is an inactive sulfur. As an anti-wear agent, it is suitable for the preparation of metalworking oils/fluids for drawing, cold heading, drawing and rolling of all types of metals. The recommended addition amount is 5% to 10%.
