Introduction
T8241A/T8241B are low odor stamping and drawing oil additive package, available in light and dark colors
vulcanized lard is the main additive, mixed with polymer components, antirust, antioxidant and other additives. They have performance of high extreme pressure wear resistance, no vegetable fat and strong workpiece cleaning. They are suitable for stainless steel punching the modulation of press drawing, stainless steel cold heading oil and carbon steel stamping drawing oil can effectively extend the service life and improve workpiece accuracy.

Intermiscibility
T8241A/T8241B are soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Application
T8241A is light color, suitable for stainless steel cold heading oil, head oil, nail oil, the recommended addition amount of 10%~30%; Suitable for stainless steel punching,The modulation of tension oil can be added according to the thickness of the plate, the tension height, the oil injection method, and the recommended addition amount is 10% to 100%. T8241B is dark color, does not contain chlorinated paraffin, contains active sulfur, suitable for carbon steel sheet, strip, shell stamping and drawing oil preparation, recommended treat rate 15%~50%; According to customer requirements and their own cost control, after adding chlorinated paraffin can be used for stainless steel stamping and drawing process.

Compatibility
T8241A/T8241B can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur additive. Can work with LAB Sulfonate LS550 and adhesive tackifer are used together.

Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45°C.
Shelf life: 2 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
