T7001 is an ashless corrosion inhibitor/deactivator widely used in lubricants, such as turbine oils, engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, and greases. Its chemical name is N,N-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-ar-methyl-1H-benzotriazole-1-methanamine. T7001 is recommended to be used at a treat level of 0.05-0.5%. It has light color, low odor, and excellent metal deactivation effect. Moreover, T7001 also provides good synergetic antioxidation performance.
