T536 is an excellent high-temperature amine antioxidant (p-p' Dinonyl Diphenylamine). It has good thermal stability, prominent oxidation resistance under high temperatures, good oil solubility as well as compatibility with other additives. It's widely used in high-grade ICE lubricants, heat-conducting oil, high-temperature chain oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, and other industrial lubricant oil, all kinds of lubricating grease and fuel oil, the recommended treat rate is 0.3-0.5%.
The general treat rate is 0.3-0.5%.
T536 is Equivalent to Irganox L67

1. Excellent high-temperature thermal stability;
2. Different alkyl substitution is rationally arranged and controllable, with lower free amine content;
3. Good high-temperature oxidation resistance, especially outstanding antioxidant durability, and significant effect on inhibiting the oxidation of oil;
3. Good compatibility, and has synergistic effect when compounded with other antioxidants, especially combined used with ester
phenolic antioxidants.
1. Packed in 200L metal drum, IBC tank, or made to order.
2. Long-term storage temperature should not exceed 45ºC.
3. Handle & blending temperature should not exceed 65ºC.
4. Not dangerous chemicals, store in a dry & clean warehouse.
Lubricant Antioxidant Additives are chemicals that can improve the antioxidant properties of lubricating oil, (e.g. motor oil, grease) and extend its use or storage life.
The most common antioxidant additives are ph-enolic ester antioxidants and amine antioxidants. Examples include antioxidant ester ph-enol type T512 and butyl octyl diphenyl-amine T534. These high-temperature antioxidants work with other oil additives to increase the life and performance of your engine oil or industrial lubricants.
