Part I: Product Description
ATF is a kind of functional additive package especially designed for automatic gear-shift system and power steering system oil. It is suitable for blending PTF-I, PTF-II automatic transmission fluid, can meet the requirements of Dexron II,III specification.

Part II: Features of the ATF Additive Package
1.Excellent oxidation stability, thermal stability and detergency, prevent the formation of varnish sludge  and  carbon deposits. 
2.Excellent friction characteristics, so that the vehicle has a good shift feeling. 
3.Excellent defoaming property to ensure effective transmission of power.
Excellent low temperature fluidity and adaptability of rubber sealing materials, effectively protecting the sealing materials and preventing leakage

Blending Procedure 
1.Blend base oil, PPD, VII well at 70-80ºC, the temperature can not be lower than 70ºC, then add few defoamer.
2.Lower the temperature to 50-60ºC, add ATF additive T9080. 
3.The KV100 should be controlled at 7-8 mm 2/s. 
4.Test the pour point, which should be lower than -40ºC.

Part V: Package & Storage
The product is packed in 200 liter metal drum(Net weight:190kg/drum).

During the storage, ,loading and unloading and blending, the highest temperature should not exceed 65 ºC,during long-term storage, the highest temperature should not be more than 45 ºC.
