Chorus RPE 1740, As a lubricant for water-based metal working fluids, has excellent viscosity-temperature performance and load-bearing capacity, good cooling and detergent properties, good low-temperature performance and oxidation stability, fire resistance and corrosion resistance, hydrolysis stability, non-toxicity, and has little adverse-effect on metal and rubber.
Chorus RPE 1740 has low foam when used and can also be used as a low-foam metal cleaner.
Chorus RPE 1740 can be used as lubricants in synthetic metalworking fluids, mold-release agents, and synthetic spin finishes. They are effective lubricants, especially at elevated temperatures, and they are easy to wash off. Also, Chorus RPE 1740 do not form tarry residues at high temperatures.
