It is used for automatic gear-shift system and hydraulic transmission system oil.

It is also suitable for automatic transmission system, power steering system and other hydraulic system oil in the field of construction machinery. 

It holds excellent oxidation stability, thermal stability and detergency properties,prevents the formation of paint membrane, greasy filth and carbon deposits Perfect anti-friction makes it easier to shift gear.

Perfect anti-foaming makes sure power transmission effectively.

Perfect low temperature fluidity and good adaptability with rubber seal material could protect sealed materials from leakage effectively.

The product meets the requirements of below specifications: GM Dexron-; Ford Mercon; Allison C-4; Caterpillar TO-2.

Blending Procedure 
1.Blend base oil, PPD, VII well at 70-80ºC, the temperature can not be lower than 70ºC, then add few defoamer.
2.Lower the temperature to 50-60ºC, add ATF additive T9080. 
3.The KV100 should be controlled at 7-8 mm 2/s. 
4.Test the pour point, which should be lower than -40ºC.

Part V: Package & Storage
The product is packed in 200 liter metal drum(Net weight:190kg/drum).

During the storage, ,loading and unloading and blending, the highest temperature should not exceed 65 ºC,during long-term storage, the highest temperature should not be more than 45 ºC.

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF

A: Generally, it will take 15 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.

A: We can supply the free sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
