Chorus W06 is an advanced water-based rust preventative formulated with premium corrosion inhibitors,
film-forming agents, and surfactants. Designed for both short-term and long-term protection (1-12 months), it effectively prevents corrosion on cast iron, aluminum alloys, carbon steel, alloy steel, and tool steels
during processing and storage. Doubles as a rust-inhibiting cleaner for light oil contamination.

Manual Pre-cleaning → Degreasing → Rinsing (1-3 stages) → Rust Prevention → Packaging
The first bath concentration is 1:1-20. Different ratios of concentration are adopted according to different rust prevention times, and the treatment time is 0.30 to 1 minute
The anti-rust liquid for clocks can be reused. (If the anti-rust liquid is severely contaminated and needs to be completely replaced)
Concentration and rust prevention period
Water quality requirements: Use tap water with a concentration of no more than 200PPM to prepare the rust inhibitor. It is best to use purified water or softened tap water. The above precautions
The rusting process requires the cooperation of the subsequent packaging items to be completed. It is recommended to use VCI vapor phase anti-rust bags for sealed packaging, with desiccants attached inside.
Rust prevention and protection of metal parts can be carried out by methods such as immersion, brushing, and spraying. It can also be implemented through assembly line immersion and spraying methods
