Product Description

Part I: Product Introduction
It is used to prepare advanced high-pressure, ashless and anti-wear hydraulic oil  with  an  addition amount of 0.80%. 

The product has been evaluated by laboratory physical and chemical properties and high pressure pump bench test, and the product quality meets the national standard GB11118.1-2011 L-HM antiwear hydraulic oil quality standard and can meet specification requirement of Denison HF-0, ISO11158-97, Vickers m-2950-s DIN 51524 (II), Cincinnati Milacron P-68P-69 P70, etc.

Part IV: Feature of the Hydraulic Oil Additive Package

1.This product does not contain zinc and other metal elements. 
2.Excellent high pressure extreme pressure antiwear performance and thermal oxidation stability.
3.The antiwear hydraulic oil prepared by T5039 is mainly used for the hydraulic system with the plung- er pump pressure higher than 30.0Mpa and the blade pump pressure higher of 14.0-17.5Mpa. 
4.Widely used in the hydraulic system of metallurgy, plastics, mining, and heavy construction machin- ery and equipment such as loaders, excavators, dump trucks, forming machines, presses and other machinery.
5.Hydraulic oil prepared by T5039 is an ideal power transmission medium and can reduce hydraulic machinery wear and tear, and can extend mechanical life, reduce fuel consumption, reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Part IV: Product Storage/Handling/Transportation/Package

Packed in 200L metal drum, IBC tanks or made to order.
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 45ºC.
Handle & blending temperature should not exceed 65ºC.
