Introduction of Vulcanized Lard
VL420 is a dark, slightly odorous active vulcanization extreme pressure antiwear additive with high viscosity,
it has the characteristics of good adhesion, high activity and high wear resistance, and is suitable for the plastic deformation process of black metal and cutting deformation process processing oil as the main agent to use.

Intermiscibility of Vulcanized Lard
It is soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Compatibility of Vulcanized Lard
It can be used in conjunction with sulfonate LAB Sulfonate LS550 and an adhesive tackifier. It is compatible with cl, phosphorus, and boron additives. Also, improve extreme pressure wear resistance.

Application direction of Vulcanized Lard
VL420 is active black sulfur and cannot be used for the preparation of copper processing oil.
It is suitable for the modulation of stamping, drawing, cold heading, and tapping metal processing oil of carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials. The recommended addition amount is 6%~13%. It is suitable for the modulation of dark cutting oil of carbon steel stainless steel and other materials, and it is recommended to add 5% to 8%.
