Introduction


High Reactive Polyisobutylene is mainly used in the production of ashless dispersants, addi- tives for flushing the fuel system of a gasoline engine, and anticorrosion additives.
PIB is suitable for wide range of applications such as greases, oil thickeners, gear oils,  hydraulic oils, compressor oils and even metalworking fluids. It doesn't leave any residue post volatilization or thermal decomposition. PIB has increased reactivity and the ability to directly fall into the functional group.

Package, Handle & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45ºC.
Shelf life: 3 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.
Package: N.W. 200kg / 200L drum.

1. Is the product quality guaranteed? How to prove it?

If there is a problem with the product, it may occur during transportation or storage.
2. What is your packaging?
Most products are liquids, and the packaging is iron barrels or tons of boxes. The specific quantity is determined by the density of the product. Some products are solids and are packaged in plastic woven bags, paper bags, paper tubes, etc. Product packaging varies from product to product. We accept customized packaging.

5. How long is the delivery time?
If there is inventory and the order is confirmed, it can usually be sent to the port in about 7 days. If there is no stock, it can be produced and sent to the port in about 2 weeks according to the order quantity and raw material situation.
In case of large quantity and shortage of raw materials, the delivery date needs to be confirmed specifically.
6. What is the payment method?
According to the order situation, if the amount is less than USD1000, it is 100% prepayment, because the bank handling fee is very high.
The standard payment method is 30% advance payment by wire transfer, and the 70% balance is paid by wire transfer after seeing the copy of the bill of lading.
We can accept letters of credit, but the requirement is 100% machine irrevocable letters of credit, and the contract amount is generally more than USD20000, because there are costs to operate letters of credit, including notification fees, document review fees, document delivery fees, mailing fees, discrepancy fees, capital costs, etc. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the unit price of the letter of credit payment method is USD50-100/ton higher than the wire transfer payment method.
We do not accept open account sales (OA). In fact, so far, our company has not made credit sales payment methods.
Other situations are resolved by friendly negotiation between the two parties.
7. How to deal with quality problems of goods?
First, rule out whether it is caused by transportation, storage, or improper use of formula. Then, check whether the COA indicators are within the qualified range, and confirm with the factory which indicators have problems and whether the raw materials have been replaced.
Secondly, you can use third-party testing. If there are really problems with indicators or quality, can you compensate in subsequent orders? Or the customer mixes it with other products, resells it locally, or reissues it. The worst plan is to return it.
