Introduction

   Neutral calcium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate (Chorus Ca-29N) is an excellent oil-soluble anti-rust additive and anti-emulsifier, widely used in various industrial lubricant applications where rust protection and water resistance are required. Its chemical structure and properties are similar to neutral barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate (Chorus Ba-29N), and it can replace Chorus Ba-29N in some places where the use of barium compounds is restricted.

Applications

Work as anti-rust and anti-emulsifier additives in internal combustion engine (ICE) oil, hydraulic oil, paper machine oil, instrument oil, circulating oil, etc.

Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45ºC.

Shelf life: 3 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.

The raw materials were inspected before entering the factory to ensure that the requirements were met.

During the production process, sampling inspection, real-time monitoring, and correction.

After the production is finished, each batch of goods shall be sampled and tested to make sure the goods are qualified before leaving the factory.
