Product Description

T3616 is an excellent antiwear and antirust additive containing phosphorus and nitrogen and is used in a wide range of lubricants and greases such as engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and metalworking fluids. This product is economical and practical, which can be used for the general formulation of medium and high end formulations. It can also be customized for customers with differentiated requirements for antiwear and antirust performance, as well as to strengthen the antiwear and antirust performance of finished lubricant. This product can also be used for plastic antirust film and antiwear and antirust in the production of plastic equipment.

Gear Oil 0.1 - 1.0 wt%
Antiwear Hydraulic Oil 0.1 - 0.5 wt%
Engine Oil 0.3 - 1.0 wt%
Metalworking Fluid 0.2 - 0.5 wt%
Grease 0.3 - 1.0 wt%
Industrial Lubricants 0.2 - 0.5 wt%
Other Lubricants 0.1 - 1.0 wt%

Due to the diversity of formulations and uses of lubricating greases, the above dosage is for reference only. Users are advised to make adjustments based on their actual recipes and uses.

Treat Rate of T3616 as a antirust additive:
The recommended dosage for finished lubricant products is 0.02 - 0.15 wt%. Users are advised to confirm the optimal dosage based on their own formulation and use.
