Product Description

Part I: Product Introduce
With long-chain alkyl benzene sulfonic acid as a main raw material, super over-based synthetic calcium sulfonate T107E is produced by neutralization and super high alkalization reaction. 

The product has excellent alkaline storage property, good grease solubility, and strong acid neutralized- capability, and it can immediately neutralize organic acid and inorganic acid in grease, meanwhile, it also has excellent high-temperature detergency and thermal stability. 

It is a preferred additive to improve TBN value in lubricants grease.

Part III: Application of the Synthetic Calcium Sulfonate TBN Booster

Used for grease.

Part IV: Package and Storage
The product is packed in 200 liter metal drums (net weight: 200Kg/drum).

It should comply by SH0164 standard when stored, loaded and unloaded, oil blending. The highest temperature should not exceed 70°C. For long term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45°C. 

The products can't be easily burned, exploded, and have non-corrosiveness. No need for special measures for safety protection compared with the ordinary petroleum products in term of security, environment friendly and use, etc.
