The product is a brown or dark brown thick liquid, prepared from nonylene and naphthalen.It provides the lubricant with good antirust and demulsifying performance, and oil solubility as well.No deposit would be produced in preparation of additive packages.

It is an important Lubricant Additive Component, when blended with Ashless Dispersant, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, High Temperature Antioxidant, TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Antiwear EP Additive etc., it can prepare different Additive Package.

Application

Applications of the Sodium Sulfonate

It can be used as an anti-rust additive and emulsifier. It has the ability to resist salt water immersion and has goodoil solubility. 
It has good anti-rust properties on ferrous metals and brass, and can be used as a co-solvent for various polarsubstances in oil.

Packaging & Shipping

Storage: Store in a cool,dry place away from any direct source of heat and moisture. Maximum recommended storage temperature is 45°C. 

Shelf life: 3 years. If beyond the storage period, it can still be used after passing the test.

Package: N.W.200kg / 200L drum.
