Product Description
T403 is a light color, low-odor, non-active vulcanized extreme pressure antiwear additive with high viscosity. Good adhesion, thick oil film, high anti-wear characteristics, suitable for metal plastic deformation process.The main agent is used to reconcile medium and high end stamping oil and drawing oil. Can also be used in adhesive industry, leather line.The industry is used as an additive.
Intermiscibility
It is soluble in a class of base oil and ester base oil, but not easily soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.
Compatibility
It can not be used with T202, T203 and other antioxidant and anticorrosive agents, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur agent; It can be adhered to LAB Sulfonate LS550, and tacifer was used synergistically.
Application
It is an inactive sulfur, belonging to vegetable fat sulfide, which can not be used for the modulation of rail oil. As an anti-wear agent, it is suitable for the modulation of metal processing oil/liquid for drawing, cold heading, drawing and rolling of all materials. The recommended treat rate is 5%~10%.
