Introduction
It is specially used for cooling and lubrication in the hot rolling process of aluminum plate and strip. It is specially designed for the complex working conditions of reversible hot rough rolling by using advanced chemical technology. It is especially suitable for the processing of aluminum and aluminum alloy plate and strip. Compared with similar rolling oil, it has better cooling, lubrication, rust prevention, extreme pressure resistance, wear resistance, anti-bacterial, long life, easy cleaning and other effects on aluminum and roll, memorial archway. The oil can be completely emulsified and dispersed into water to form a stable and uniform emulsion, which is particularly good for the quality and cleanness of aluminum plate surface, and also improves the degree of uniform lubrication, so as to improve the rolling speed, reduce energy consumption, improve production efficiency, and reduce production costs! Main Composition
It is formulated from advanced refined national standard base oil, advanced oil-based additives, synthetic esters, anti-wear additives, anti-oxidation additives, anti rust (copper, aluminum, iron, steel) additives, cleaning dispersants, antibacterial agents, etc. It has good lubrication, extreme pressure, cooling, annealing cleaning, anti-oxidation, cleaning performance, antibacterial, metal ion chelating agents (anti calcium, magnesium ion hard water fouling) and various anionic and non-ionic surfactants.

Use Method & Treat Rate
1) Concentration of use: 2~6%
As the high temperature in summer is easy to breed bacteria and consume the oily ingredients in lotion, it is recommended that the concentration in summer should be slightly higher than the specified concentration
2) Concentration control
The volume percentage of oil in lotion is measured by refractometer (Brix meter) or demulsification method for concentration detection.
3) Initial configuration:
a) According to the size of the lotion tank, it is prepared according to the concentration of 3%, that is, a cubic meter tank is equipped with 30kg cutting oil, and it is better to use deionized water.
b) Heat the deionized water to 40-50 degrees, then slowly pour the prepared emulsified oil into the water, stir (or circulate) while adding the concentrated solution to the specified concentration, and reuse.
c) The emulsified oil must be added to the water to make the lotion become a stable state of oil in water instead of adding water to the emulsified oil.
d) After use, please lock the lid tightly and do not add anything to the emulsified oil.
4) Addition:
According to the throughput of the aluminum strip, it is best to add a considerable proportion of emulsified oil when adding water to maintain the stability of the solution concentration, and use non-woven diatomaceous earth and white earth for particle filtration. When there are too many impurities or serious odor, the lotion should be replaced immediately. Generally, it is recommended to replace the lotion once every 6-36 months.
Notes:
1) During storage and transportation, operators must wear protective clothing and rubber gloves.
2) When mixing liquids, operators must wear protective goggles, protective clothing, and rubber gloves to prevent liquids from splashing onto the body or eyes.
3) If the solution splashes onto the body or eyes, it is necessary to immediately rinse with plenty of clean tap water and seek medical attention at the hospital if necessary.
4) Any product should be stored under cover. When it can only be stored outdoors, it should be placed horizontally to avoid rainwater intrusion and erosion of markings on oil drums. The product should not be stored in environments exceeding 50 degrees Celsius or severe cold, nor should it be exposed to strong light. It is suitable for indoor storage at 5-40 degrees Celsius.
