Product Introduction
T806A is composed of anionic, non-ionic active agents and rust inhibitors, co-solvents, defoamers, fungicides, etc. It is a high-performance emulsified anti-rust compound. In the paraffin base oil, the formed emulsion has good hard water resistance.

T806A can produce all kinds of emulsified rolling oil, emulsified cutting oil and other emulsified oil products.

Use Method
It is suitable for the refined oil products with 150SN, 200SN and other paraffin base oils produced by various refineries, and the viscosity index is above 90. Use 15-18% in the base oil, stir evenly to obtain high-performance emulsified oil products.


Recommend Formulation
15% T806A+85% standard paraffin base oil, just mix well.

Package, Storage and Transportation
The product is packed in 200KGS iron drum, plastic drum or made to order, suitable for all means of transport. And it shall be stored in dry, cleaning, and ventilated warehouse.
