Introduction
QT7018 is applied in quenching oils that require high stability in cooling performance, it can be applied to high speed quenching oils and fast quenching quenching oil, isothermal quenching oil and other quenching oils. At sufficient dosage, quenching oil has an extremely short steam film and film breaking ability as well as excellent performance.
Features
- Has excellent thermal stability, and cooling performance of quenching oil decreases slowly after long-term use;
- Good solubility with base oil;
- Has little effect on the brightness of the quenched workpiece.
Application
Due to the different application conditions of quenching oil, the cooling performance requirements for the oil are different, so there is a demand, it is recommended to have preliminary communication with our engineers first; The recommended treat rate is 3%~10%.

Package, Handle & Storage

2. Long term storage temperature should be 5-40ºC indoors.
3. Handle & blending temperature should not exceed 65ºC.
