Part I: Introduce of the Gear Oil Additive Package
T4208 is a kind of general type gear oil compound additive.Use 1 or 2 or 3 category base oil matched with this compound additive make 85W/90 GL-5, 80W/90 GL-5, 75W/90 GL-5 heavy loading vehicals gear oil , through CRC L-37,L-42,L-33, L-60 all size gear rack; the quality and performance meet API GL-5 specification requirements, Use 1 or 2 category base oil matched with this compound additive make the middle and heavy load closed gear oil meet GB5903-2011 standard.

Use in automotive gear oils API GL-5, and viscosity grade could be SAE90, 80W/90, 85W/90 and 85W/140.The oils GL-5 80W/90 formulated by 4.2% AN GP-1 has passed the bench test CR-CL-42, CR-CL-37 and CR-CL-60.

Use in industrial gear oils, and viscosity grade could be N68, N100, N150, N220, N320 and N460. N320 blended by 1.6% AN GP-1 can be line with the standard of US steel USS-224 specification.

Recommended dosage GL-4: 2.0%, GL-5: 4.1%, CKD: 1.4%.

Part IV: Features of the Gear oil additive package

Features:
Additive adding quantity is low, reach the international advanced.

The content of phosphorus is obviously lower than the similar compound at home and abroad, it is low phosphorus product, and don't contain any heavy metal and chloride,meet environmental requirements

Realize the general ,different additive adding quantity not only can match vehical gear oil, but also can match industrial gear oil.

Part V: Package & Storage
The product is packed in 200 liter metal drum(Net weight:200kg/drum).

Storage: Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage, the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C. The products can't be easily burned, exploded and have non-corrosiveness. There is no need for special security protection measures compared with the ordinary petroleum products in security, environmental protection and use aspects.
