Introduction of Sodium Dinonylnaphthalene Sulfonate
Sodium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate is a good oil-soluble rust inhibitor, with high molecular weight. Unlike most sodium petroleum sulfonate, T702 is not an emulsifier, but an excellent additive to enhance rust preventive properties of emulsions. T702 is used in rust preventive fluids and circulating oils. It is also used in rust preventive fluids for solving the issue of staining due to metal-to-metal contact. Rust preventive fluids based on T702 form protective films on metal parts, with resisting re-emulsification. Besides, T702 is used in soluble metalworking fluids to improve the performance of rust inhibition, which is much better than sodium petroleum sulfonate.
