Product Description

 

T202 is zinc butyl octyl primary alkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP).

It has favorable anti-oxidation,anti-corrosion, anti-wear and extreme pressure performance. It can effectively protect engine bearings from corrosion, and prevent oil viscosity growth due to oxidation in high temperatures.

The product has a light yellow color, good oil solubility and additive compatibility.

 

It can be widely adopted in various industrial lubricating oils such as gear oil and hydraulic oil. It is generally used with detergent and dispersant to produce engine oils. Combined with detergents and dispersants, the product can be used to produce all grades of engine oils.

The recommended treat rate is 0.5%-3.0%.

The product is packed with iron drum, with a net weight of 200kgs/drum suitable for all means of transport. For storage and transportation temperature, it shall not surpass 45ºC. The product is offered with a guarantee period of two years. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.
