Product Description

Introduction
T8251B is a dark color low odor grinding oil additive package. With vulcanization additives as the main body, mixed with sedimentation, liquid film forming agent, rust prevention, antioxidant and other kinds of additives, effectively prevent cobalt precipitation, does not contain vegetable fat, good settling effect, suitable for high efficiency the modulation of grinding oil can effectively prolong the life of grinding wheel and oil stone and improve the workpiece accuracy. 

Intermiscibility
T8251B is soluble in group I of base oil and ester base oil, but not soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Compatibility
T8251B can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur agent,  it can work with LAB Sulfonate LS550 used together.



Application
T8251B is a dark color, suitable for bearing steel, gear steel honing, grinding, ultra-fine process oil modulation, recommended treat rate 4~8%.
