Product Description

Introduction
T8291B is dark color low odor drawing oil additive package. Vulcanized lard as the main body, mixed with anti-wear, polymer components, rust, antioxidant and other additives. They have performance of high polarity, good lubricity, strong rust resistance, suitable for drawing oil, drawing oil modulation. With a strong oil film, effectively reduce the friction between the workpiece and the mold, reduce wear, prevent scratches hurt and pulled.

Intermiscibility
T8291B is soluble in group I base oil and ester base oil, but not soluble in hydrogenation base oil. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Compatibility
T8291B can not be used with T202, T203 and other ZDDP, otherwise it will lead to decomposition of sulfur agent. They can work with LAB Sulfonate LS550 and adhesive tackifer are used together.



Application
T8291B is dark color, containing active sulfur, suitable for carbon steel wire, bar, profile drawing oil modulation, recommended addition of 15~20%; Be suitable for Carbon steel pipe drawing oil modulation, to ensure the effective reduction of pipe wall and pipe diameter, it is recommended to add 15% to 30%.
